Catch Up Premium
The government announced £1 billion of funding to support children and young people to catch up lost time after school closure. This is especially important for the most vulnerable and disadvantaged backgrounds.
Schools will receive a one-off catch up premium for the 2020 to 2021 academic year to ensure that schools have the support they need to help all pupils make up for lost teaching time
A National Tutoring Programme will be set-up to provide additional, targeted support for those children and young people who need the most help, which includes an oral language intervention programme.
Please see our statement below of how we intend to spend the funding this academic year.

Sports Premium
The Government is providing funding to provide new, substantial primary school sport funding. This funding is being jointly provided by the Departments for Education, Health and Culture, Media and Sport, and will see money going directly to primary school headteachers to spend on improving the quality of sport and PE for all their children.
The sport funding can only be spent on sport and PE provision in schools.
Please view further information on our Sports Premium.
Schools are also required to record and monitor how they are spending Sports Premium. You can view or download our Sports Premium allocation and find out how this has been used at our school.
